NAME: Joe Hanley

TITLE: Senior Consultant

PRACTICE AREA: Human Resouces Management, Business Strategy and Industrial Relations

EDUCATION: MBA (Hons), Business Studies, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)

PROFILE: Joe currently is a Senior Consultant with EQuita Consulting Ltd., and lectures on Advanced HRM to 2 MBA classes in the Smurfit Graduate School of Business UCD. He also lectures on Industrial Relations to the Post-Graduate Diploma class. He lectures on Operational HRM to the MIE (Masters in Industrial Engineering) class in UCD and also lectures at MSc level in Labour Relations for the APMI (Asia Pacific Management Institute) in Hong Kong and Singapore on behalf of the Smurfit Graduate Business School. He has been responsible for a radical redesign of the Advanced HRM course to reflect a more modern orientation around organisational culture and its linkage to business strategy.
