PROFILE: Kate has extensive Senior Management experience in both the Private and Public Sectors. As Director of Human Resources she has served on the senior management teams of large multi-nationals, in both the Aerospace/Engineering, and Pharmaceutical Sectors. Kate was the Director of Human Resources at the University of Limerick. This role reported to the President and served on the 7 person Executive of the University. Kate has experience in Strategic Management, Organisational Development and working with Senior Team Development through her various working portfolios. Executive Development is conducted at both individual and team levels. Kate’s broad business experience allows her to work with a business focus and with full awareness of the benefits of a modern HR environment.
