Course Overview

Influencing is the subtle use of interpersonal tactics and social skills for the purpose of changing the behaviours, attitudes and beliefs of others.

Influence is a primary yet subtle, tool utilised by leaders and managers the world over. Taking control of the process of influence is important for personal impact, team synergy and organisation effectiveness through the seamless alignment of values, attitudes and beliefs of the leaders and managers of the business. The purpose of influencing is to gain voluntary support, commitment and agreement from others.
